Website Design
The Cannon Project is a technology career agency for high-performing professionals. The agency sources a differentiated pipeline of high impact talent and guides candidates into growth startups with top VC backing.
The challenge
This project was done during my time working at Hakuna. The agency’s founder knew its website needed a big refresh. His agency had grown at a very fast pace, he had built a team and had already worked with a lot of professionals that were seeking for mentorship in their career path. He had a logo, a brand with no clear guidelines on visual identity, a bunch of testimonials, and a lot to say.
Design process
The design work was clearly scoped. We kept the client's original brand assets.
The first step was working collaboratively with the client on the website's content. This helped us to define the information architecture and structure of the page. I then started outlining potential visual treatments for the website, and did so through a set of low fidelity wireframes.

I explored potential layouts for the website through low fidelity wireframes.
After aligning with the client on the desired visual direction, the wireframes progressed into high fidelity designs that made the refreshed look & feel of the company come to life.
The designs were handed off to development and were developed in-house by Hakuna. The end result was an eye-catching new website that effectively communicated the company's work, and did so within a consistent visual system.
