Website Design
Homebase builds software that helps small businesses manage their hourly teams. It is an
all-in-one platform for employee scheduling,
time clocking, payrolls, and more.
My role in this project involved working on
high-fidelity designs for the site, together with the rest of Homebase's Marketing team. One of the parts of the site in which I have contributed a lot
is the About Us section, depicted here.
My team worked with a stable and mature Design System exclusively meant for marketing & brand communication purposes, which had been built following Atomic Design principles and designed in-house by Hakuna. Every design element, from colors and typography to photographic imagery, illustrations, icons, shadows, among others, had been systematized. This helped us ensure visual consistency and establish a faster, streamlined design process.
